SO a few weeks ago I complained on here about my dog getting hurt at Versatile Dog grooming and instead of an apology or even an explanation the owner of Versatile dog grooming phoned my 85 year old friend who had recommended me to her in the first place and told him yesterday that his dog has been blak balled from her grooming service because his daughter had complained on face book ! First of all Im his friend not his daughter and second what a coward she picks on an 85 year old man instead of dealing with the owner of the dog she hurt!!!! Seriously !!!! And since the incident with my dog I have been contacted by 3 more people whose dogs were injured at her business !!!! To the owner of Versatile dog grooming take responsibility for your mistakes and dnt pick on an 85 yr old man who had nothing to do with me!!!! Coward!!!!!And to those people who are thingking of taking their fur babies to this butcher Donttt !!!!!
