I have been living in PG for 18 years and have used different therapists over the years. NONE compare to Gaston. The years of experience combined with a deep passion for and knowledge of massage, oh and human compassion make this gem worth checking out.

I own a Martial art and Fitness gym here in Prince George BC. 60 days ago I sustained a foot injury (Metaslargia) and this foot condition effected up my entire life and led to other issues due to compensation patterns caused by the pain every time I tried to strike my foot. I started reading and educating myself online daily and found many online resources and found a lot of potential issues and fixes which I tried after day one. After some time I got Xrays and seen a doctor and a Naturalpath to diagnose the issue with only some education of what could be the potential issue but, I got a response of “the foot is a complicated issue”. Honestly I felt like I knew more then the physician with all of the reading and potential issues with the information i gained from my appointments following this route. This foot pain seriously effected my life, I stopped working out and invested at-least 60 minutes daily, massaging, pool, footwear changes, and various recommended therapies by Podiatrists. After a month of this I started thinking about the rest of my life dealing with this issue which was depressing as I was having very mild to no relief. Thank the creator that Gaston is a nerd and a overachiever on everything! Gaston was able to diagnose the issue in the first session and after 3 once a week 30 minute sessions I have experienced some great relief and I am the road to recovery. I am very very grateful for the time with Gaston and although it is hard to get through the line-up to see him it is worth it. As a gym owner that has been around the martial arts and fitness industry for 20 years, I give Gaston the highest recommendation for anyone looking for another opinion and any service he offers you will find a very knowledgeable professional in any service he offers. I've used Gaston a number of times throughout the years for various injuries and problems. He's very knowledgeable and honest about anything that he is doing. He's also very open to any questions regarding self care. Always recommend him when anyone asks for a great massage therapist!

Gaston is the best massage therapist I've ever tried. His knowledge and technique is phenomenal. Excellent deep tissue massage. Friendly and accommodating. Now that I've left prince george I've tried many different massage therapists and none come close; I always try to get an appointment when I'm back in town for a visit. Would highly recommend this massage therapist.

Gaston is a very educated in his field, professional and friendly. I went to Vital Motion Massage Therapy after my physio therapist recommended it, with chronic back and neck pain. Awhile after starting massage therapy I was able to get through the day without being in constant discomfort thus improving my quality of life. I am now able to get more done in a day and am thankful that gardening this year will be a little easier! I would recommend Gaston to anyone who is looking for a great massage therapist.

The atmosphere is warm, well lit and inviting. He has beautiful, original, soft music playing in the background! Gastons work has made a wonderful impact on my shoulder pain. I came to see him when it was too painful to roll down my car window. A few sessions and my shoulder pain was gone, I could sleep through the night and i finally had the full use of my arm back!! I have rated this business as five star because of incredible results. Gaston is an excellent communicator and a first class professional! I highly recommend him!
