M	Michelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I got laid off the company I worked for purchased services from this company to help prepare me to find a job. Unfortunately, I received very little help. I found the program to be unorganized and all over the place. The Orientation was insightful but afterwards the one on one sessions did not live up to their word. I would schedule a meeting and my rep would have me travel 2hrs to meet only to be over booked and not be available. The reps dont follow up and are unavailable. I was told my company paid for 6 hours and I only got 1 introduction meeting and 1 phone call meeting equaling 1hr and that's it. I'm very disappointed.

Verity was the program included in my severance package, and I believe they serve people who come in from other backgrounds as well (ie. searching for a career in a new industry etc). Verity's site offers TONS of help - everything from live workshops, pre-recorded webinars and as many resource links as you'd ever need, through to cool tech where you can program a bot to interview you so you can review the interview later. The biggest help though was from the interactions I had with my personal career counselor. She helped me navigate the site so I'd absorb all the content and not miss good bits, and we would work on different topics each week as i progressed through the materials & workshops. I can't imagine how my 'in-between' time would have looked if it wasn't for Verity & Karen. Big thanks & kudos!!

I was immediately impressed by how friendly, empathetic and genuinely nice the team were. I was put at ease and given real hope during a frustrating time, that this process would be truely rewarding. Once I had been matched with a coach (Megan Diamond), I was once again impressed by the levels of empathy, understanding and true desire to help - I did not feel like just another recruit, but rather like I was working with a friend who always remembered every detail of what I had said in previous conversations. Megan explained processes, taught me techniques and set me goals to achieve - all of which have proven very fruitful! Even on those days where I was feeling low/de-motivated, Megan was able to help me regain a positive vibe and feel a lot better and even proud of my achievements. I highly recommend Verity International Ltd and know for a fact that working with them has made me more prepared professionally for the job market!

My Verity Consultant, Karen was excellent to work with. Her guidance and frank appraisal allowed me transform my old and tired resume and cover letters into something modern, professional and presentable. Karen also provided me with an abundance of materials and exercises to prepare for upcoming interviews. I am very happy with the experience and assistance that I received.
