Got my first professional job in Canada, as a newcomer, through them. Super fast communication and payments with no issues whatsoever. Although, their internal system of departments is confusing and if you are interested in applying for several types of jobs you might have to email multiple people in different teams.

I really would love to share positive feedback about this agency. When i first approached them 3 months ago, I had huge hopes that they would help me . I called couple times however no one seemed to be care. After I posted my initial negative thoughts on Google reviews recruiter contacted me and I had a meeting with her where we had quick chat about my previous experience and future desired role. Having thought that maybe I was wrong and hurried to leave first impressions, I deleted my negative comment. During these 4 months, I mailed them many times, with my updated resume(since I attended many workshops, courses during this time) but no respond so far. Every time , I mailed them the standart answer was we have no roles, no opennings. I even sent them the roles that I found relevant to my skills and back round from their website as recruiter suggested me but this time there was not only an action but also no one responded . They did absolutely nothing during whole time and seemed absolutely careless.I stopped mailing them and asking questions, as I do not want to bother recruiters after all this impression they gave me. As i result, i lost my hope and gave up on this agency. I understand during pandemic things work a lot different than usual time however the feeling that I got from their recruiters is that they don't care at all.At least with regards to my case and file. If you want you can still apply and hope that they will help you out but honestly during whole this whole time, I understood that it does not deserve time and effort since the recruiters are busy doing other things than helping and supporting individuals on their journey as company's mission indicates. If you want to get a good job you need to have good networking in Canada, not extraordinary skills , education just good networking. Thanks to Robert Half i was assured about this one more time!

I will be honest, I did not have high hopes for a recruiter as my personal experience with them in the past has not been great. They lead you on, they disappear, lie and they are basically huge time wasters. However, my experience with Laura Mayes was outstanding! She was prompt with her responses, honest in her analysis of my resume and very clear with what she had available. Laura has great relationships with her clients, those looking to hire and those looking to get hired. I would highly recommend Robert Half and I can personally attest to Laura Mayes with her professionalism and her expertise. I felt informed, supported and heard. At no point was I left in the lurch. Thanks to her help, I have secured a great position, within a wonderful company and the perks certainly do not hurt :) Should I need help in the future, I will absolutely reach out to Laura again!

Darcy set me up on an interview. I did the interview and she then asked me to answer a bunch of questions to send to the client. I did that and then never heard from her again. This is the second time someone at this agency has ghosted me. They give recruiters a bad name.

The best employment agency to work with. What a pleasure. The staffing managers work day and night to ensure not only client satisfaction, but to make sure their candidates can find their dream job. Sometimes it can take a few attempts and a bit of time, but I've never seen an agency as dedicated as Robert Half Toronto. Highly recommended if you're struggling by yourself to get your foot in the door to your dream job, or if you're unemployed and just need a push. RH has great connections and amazing clients. Laura Grassia and David Song are absolutely wonderful.

Rude and arrogant to begin with. Scheduled a time to call and discuss opportunities, the recruiter called 2 minutes prior to the scheduled time and i happened to miss the call but called back a minute later. The very first response from the recruiter was that i should have answered her call right away! The meeting started on a very very rude note, kept bragging about their 30yrs of experience in recruiting and sounded like she is doing a favour by calling me. Questioned me for 30 mins like she was going to land me with a job right away! In the end asked if i have applied on my own to companies, with my reply yes, her tone changed to all the more arrogant and mentioned that they wont be able to represent me for 1yr!! Why couldnt this recruiter with 30yrs of experience begin the interview with asking these basic questions prior to wasting both mine and her time?? And whats all the arrogance for?? Never reaching out to this firm again
