No follow up from these people. Applied for a couple of jobs and was ignored, went directly to a couple of the companies they were hiring for and was directly hired by one of the companies. This place is a sham.

The most unprofessional people I have encountered in any company. I am not sure who is the management in charge, but their employees require much training in professional etiquette when it comes to following up and being available for scheduled appointments. Huge lack of communication.

Not a bad experience working through SI systems. Payroll process is fast and painless. But I don't think they have too many jobs

Never ever get trapped with these guys... They will ruin your career search and will treat you as if the job market is under them and you are being favored. Stay away from them to save your self respect and career....

Highly unprofessional recruiters. They would reach out to you regarding new positions. After that, they would not respond back to your emails/voicemails. They would simply ghost you. I have had this experience with couple of recruiters

Very Bad experience.They will interview you, after that they will say the position is on hold/ closed. Do not believe them. Later, they will call you for other openings, will forward our resume. But nothing will happen. This is what happening for last two years. My skillset changed. Still they contact me for openings, but my profile is never considered. WORST RECRUITERS EVER!!!

I could have given -10 rating to the Account executive Michael who called me for an opportunity from SI system once I talked to her colleague Dinara , He was not only rude, also he flipped his purpose over the call. He was complaining about my network connection but dint want to check their side. He told me that Manager wants to chat about the opportunity from TELUS and then flipped his words saying that I know what manager is looking for and I will touch base again. During this call Not only he was too aggressive and unprofessional both. Seems like he is feeling like big shot in Industry but through his management of taking recruitment process I feel he is some sort of recruiter who changed his career and trying to act smart as if know everything. He dint paid any attention and talk unprofessionally to me who has more than 10+ years if IT Experience. What a total sham guy from SI systems!!

If I could rate this agency half star I would. Recruiters do not follow up with you at all! They tell you I will call you back in 5 minutes or 10 minutes or even send you an email within the hour and it results in 0 follow ups. Now, you as a potential candidate is going to these people for help to "get a job" and with the lack of support and follow up. I would not use this agency at all for any kinds of jobs. I was told that I am a suitable candidate for a position and after a few days of trying to get in contact with the recruiter via email and phone I was told that the position was cancelled. It wasn't until a few days later I noticed the same posting posted. I then re-applied and contacted the recruiter. The recruiter advised me that she would look at other candidates and see why they were rejected and brush up my resume. She would send me a follow up email. Zero reply. I was told that she was going into a meeting that I will contact you after.. Hours past and I received this email: Recruiter Kristy Wong: Unfortunately, based on the feedback from the previous role - The manager is looking for someone who is a bit more junior. If we come across any additional help desk roles we will reach out. Thanks, Now, based on the position I have a little more experience and I live in close proximity to the location of job. Why wouldn't my agency rep not stand up and say that having a candidate with a little more experience would be suitable for the position as you expand or result in infrastructure changes. He would have the knowledge and or gain the knowledge. Like say something... If you want to put your life in this agencies hands then so be it... This is the worse agency I have ever dealt with ever... Now this recruiter should be "FIRED"!
