★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer for probably 8 years now, and I've never had anything but top notch work done. Do yourself a favour and do not take your Volkswagen to the dealer! There may be other great mechanics out there, but not many that specialize in VWs.
I'm cheap and I consider every dollar spent here to be money well spent as I know it's going towards good work and good parts, not the overhead of a very expensive dealership with mechanics of questionable competency. I was so glad when my car came off warranty because it meant I'd never have to take it to the dealership again. I'll buy parts from them but that's it.
If you own a VW and you're at all unsatisfied with your current mechanic, give Devon a try, you won't be sorry.

Makes me want to purchase a VW as our next vehicle as I know we will not find anyone better in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A straight shooter who does good work with reasonable rates. I happily make the drive north of the city knowing that I am getting service from a competent mechanic who isn't going to gouge me. I would consider making my next vehicle purchase a VW just so I can keep Devon as our mechanic.
