A missing piece was found not near my damage was and they had the courtesy to call me and price it out to have it fixed. Absolutely exceptional service and good quality work. Thank you, thank you for all your work! Plus, my vehicle came out cleaner then it was when it went it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone knows how hard it is to find a good autobody and mechanic shop.at North West Autobody I had dealt with the owner Bill and the office manager Candace, they were nothing but informative and pleasant to work with. I was referred to North West by someone and they will now be my body and mechanic shop going forward. North West is a very honest shop and went above and beyond for me in so many ways. I had recently used North West Auto Body for body and mechanical damage done to my vehicle via accident. They were fantastic, from their customer service to the quality workmanship. I had the best experience with North West. I have had my my fair share of automotive issues in the past and have dealt with many body and mechanic shops but North West Auto is now my number one go to shop for all automotive repairs. Super friendly, fast, great workmanship and just am overall great experience. Also the environment in the shop is quite pleasant, you can see that every employee is happy and friendly, that speaks high volumes and the shop is also clean, well kept and organized. Ihighly recommend North West Auto.
