We were given excellent care and answered all our questions in a friendly and professional manner. The clinic is clean and followed COVID protocols. Prices were not too bad as well. Needless to say, our pup is feeling better and we can sleep easier. Thank you Oshawa Animal hospital. Highly recommended.

They're all friendly, extremely helpful, as well as very professional. We've never looked to any other place when making all decisions when it comes to our Scooby ?

Pricy yes but honestly you get what you pay for. They have the kindest staff who really respect your animal even after putting them down. They are sad to see animals go but supportive when the animal was pretty sick. Thank you for the kind words on the card you sent afterwards and the follow up phone call.

V	Vince Perillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to this clinic for over 12 years. We had a dog with chronic dental issues over the that time. Everytime we went in for dental work prices increased. I understand prices go up because costs go up but when it got to 2200 dollars I went and ask for another opinion. Went to my mother's vet clinic which she has used for 15 years with her dog and the price was half. I was blown away. I couldn't believe I was getting taken to the cleaners. I guess they're love for money out weights they're love for pets. I understand it's a business and everyone must profit but taken advantage of people is not right. The vet I'm using now also found more bladder stones. We had done that surgery with VCA a year ago. That bill was $5000. Our new vet felt so bad because they had done the dental surgery 2 weeks ago gave me a bill of $1100. That shows how much VCA are over billing families. I wouldn't go there unless you like throwing money away.
O	Orli Gorokhovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. We had an emergency as my dog got a wound on his foot and they took us immediately. We called 10 clinics and they were the only ones that accepted us. We are very lucky and thankful to them. My dog loves going there. He didn't like the vet clinic where he got nutured and it was a challenge to get him inside. We have no challenges to get him through the door. Very inviting and welcoming environment! They took a picture of our dog and gave us a print out and put his picture on his pill bag. Such a wonderful and caring touch!

I had called around to several pharmacies and other vets to look for it. Most were understanding and empathetic. This vet was not. They refused to even listen to my inquiry. Wouldn't even let me finish and told me "If you aren't a client we can't help you. We are not a pharmacy!" Was a great way to show your love for animals, customer service, and Christmas spirit. This makes me feel this vet is only out to make money and just wants the extra revenue from making us pay for an exam fee without even knowing if they have the right antibiotic in stock or not.
