They took care of us through the entire process. Now we have an amazing and luxurious backyard that we get to enjoy...and will for many years to come! Highly recommend !

Signed a contract for a pool on Aug 1, 2020 and waited for one full year for the work to start.
Very unprofessional and unresponsive, had to follow up multiple times to get one answer that was never true: "you are next in line, will come next week" ... and heard this multiple times for a whole year.
After 12 months of empty promises, we broke the contract and hired someone else.
Bought the pool kit from Vaughan Pools, paid in full, but they delivered with two pieces of equipment short. Two months later, we were still waiting to receive one of the two pieces of equipment . Eventually, after multiple follow ups we have received the final two items from the kit.
Absolutely horrible experience, rude and totally unprofessional.
Beware of hiring Vaughan Pools.
