★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only ever had great experiences shopping at this location. Everyone is always helpful, knowledgeable and polite. During my most recent visit, I especially appreciated how attentive and willing to help the employee named Amara was. She wasn't serving me, she was busy with what I assume were closing duties but after I had asked the employee at the register for assistance in finding a new flavour to try, she jumped right in after hearing what I was describing that I would want and recommended flavours that turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. She then went on to provide other recommendations to try at a later time. Then when it came time to check out, I provided my name to the member who was taking care of my transaction, and even though Amara was occupied with other tasks, she heard my name and proceeded to address me by name the rest of the time I was there. The level of customer service was super impressive.

Customer is ALWAYS Right.If Your staff is unprofessional- find others. the live painting is unprofessional,another one from today was even worst .You just lost customers ,good luck.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, we have been going here for years and yesterday my husband asked for a pack of caliburn pods (4 pack). After leaving the store he realized the pack was tampered with and 2 pods were missing. He went back into the store and the staff would not exchange the package for him, after he was literally just in the store!
Very unprofessional, and a good way to lose a customer. We go to this store once a week, but not anymore. Cheaper to buy online anyway from other stores.
