I received my order from sagavape and was disappointed to find the had packed the order wrong, sending me an inferior caliburn to the one I ordered and paid for. Could be an easy mistake, easy problem to fix...
I have since emailed 5 times over the course of 2 weeks, with no reply. Tried calling the phone number with no luck. All I want is what I paid for, as currently they have ripped me off with a cheap alternative. Come on sagavape, respond to your customer emails and get this thing sorted.

I ordered some juice and pods from them online and they shorted me a bottle of juice and one pack of pods which I clearly paid for given the info on the invoice in the package. Since then It has been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of someone for some customer service. Countess unanswered calls and emails over the course of a few weeks now. Please if anyone from saga vape is reading this... START ANSWERING YOUR PHONE AND EMAILS! You owe me!

And they have the newest smok products that I haven't seen any other retailer in the area carry. Definitely worth the drive in to see them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE! TOTAL RIP-OFF WITH NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM!! Ordered from them before, no problem. But recently they messed up an order and have not been able to contact them at all. Vape juice spilled all over in the box, and sent wrong type of coils (cheaper version than what we paid for.) If you try to phone them, no answer no matter what time of day you call. Been trying for over a week. Tried to message them over facebook, over email... nothing. Total waste of time, definitely won't be giving them our business ever again.
