J	John Vicente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company cannot plan...period. They held a Santa event that I’m sure broke every fire regulation on the planet. The event was highly unorganized, tables stacked against each other so people couldn’t move and no thought put in. To stretch a party with little kids for 4.5 hrs, serve food 2 hrs in, you’ve lost half of them due to hunger and the others just left given everything was so late. The crafts table was a small table with glue and glitter expecting 20 plus kids to works around a table that seats 8. Events started closer to 3 hrs in. To top it off the worst is they brought local vendors to sell products which took up 30% of the floor space. Do you really think parents have time to buy random handmade jewellery? Why would even bring vendors like this to a kids event? To the owners, please consider anther profession, this isn’t for you. Just horrible

I ordered 2 balloon bouquets and asked that there should be 6 balloons in each bouquet. When i got the balloons on the day of the party, there were only 4 balloons in each bouquet. My sister asked why there are missing balloons in each bouquet and they replied that I told them there should only be 4 balloons in each. That's weird. Because the invoice they sent to me prior to the party clearly stated each bouquet would have 6 balloons each. The invoice also shows the colors of each balloons that I wanted. I was upset that I was blamed for THEIR own mistake ?. Also, the balloons did not come with weights. They said I didn't tell them that I wanted weights. Well, I was under the assumption that the weights would be provided at no cost because I mean, these balloons are helium filled so I'm sure they would've delivered them tied down to some kind of a weight so they don't float away??? But no, they delivered them literally by hand without any weights and expected us to hold on to these balloons or something. I wish they asked and double checked with me if I also wanted the balloon weights because I honestly didn't even think about those as I assumed the balloons would have came with them already.

Chocolate bars and water bottles were beautiful and the quality was amazing better than I thought. I will definitely recommend them for water bottles. And chocolate bars. Might get some chips next time.

First, they changed the venu location and didn't send an email to everyone, A chaos caused by too many ppl in small restaurant, with tables stacked against each others and local vendors! Everything was late, no face painting , printed picture with Santa or waffle decoration as advertised. One of the kids didn't get her personalized ornament/gift and got so disappointed as the order was misplaced , when her parents complained the organizer was rudely screaming at them. Horrible!!!!!!
