I communicated with the store because an item was missing from my order. They responded within a couple hours and the item was shipped to me that same day. Thank you Maria! Would definitely buy from the store again and I hope to visit in person someday.

They have a fantastic selection encompassing lots of local made Canadian yarn, and stuff from abroad. The staff were super helpful and welcoming. I'll make the trip again! Also, the peanut butter bars were exquisite

I’ve been knitting for less than two years and they have really helped me on my journey to becoming a knitter. It’s like going into a candy store, the selection is unbelievable. Today I used their free personal shopper service for one on one help in selecting the perfect yarn for my project and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely treat yourself to a visit here whenever you can!

Then not to mention the ladies there. Such nice people helping you out. I dont know all their names, but I recall Klara who helped me with the yarn choices. Even though is very far for me like 45 min drive, I would definitely go there again as it was such a pleasant experience

This is definitely one of the best yarn shops I ever went to. The price is reasonable too even for the more expensive materials. I liked how clean and organized it was. I would definitely come again!!
L	Linda David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars aren’t enough!! If Heaven was a yarn store it would be The Knitting Loft!! Beautiful yarn sells itself. But you can’t buy customer service!!! This place has both!! Every time I have visited this store, I have received the best customer service. Maria once spent over a half hour tutoring me on The Shift Cowl and how the yarn plays with the pattern!! As a result, my cowl is gorgeous!! Rebecca took the time to find out if a custom order could be sent for a yarn they didn’t have in stock. It could!!! And Chad. Well Chad is the most funnest person ever!! So kind and patient and helpful. I live in Mississauga so this store is a drive. But it’s still my local yarn store!! I’d drive a hundred miles to visit them!! Thank you everyone at TKL. You are THE BEST!!

Best knitting store I've visited in the GTA. Also, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and lovely and friendly. They chatted my 6 year old up about yarn while i searched for what i needed. I cant recommend this shop enough.

The store is overflowing with yarn choices, many of them high end brands or independent dyers (including the stores own yarn line) but quality affordable options are also available at this location. Along side yarn, there are many pins available for the avid collector. I will definitely be back to this location, and recommend it to anyone looking for yarn ?
