I decided to buy a Magic Butter Machine and can tell you it has been a great investment. Simply to use, simple to filter, and simple to clean and to my wife’s delight no smell in the house during the cooking process. 5 cups of product and yes it’s pretty green as I like to add extra material to my cooks. As well have placed online orders and were picked up with ease. All staff have knowledge and are great. The store itself has 3 levels pertaining to what subject of hemp products your looking for.

One of those orders was in the middle of the pandemic’s slow mail periods and it still only took two weeks to come in. My most recent order took maybe a week. But I'm not writing this review for the products. Josh, if you're reading this, thanks for the exceptional customer service!!! I bought a spoon pipe with a built-in filter but they ran out so I got a call from Josh. He offered me another spoon pipe and he'll cover the extra cost or a choice of filters for the pipe they have available. I told him I've never tried the glass or titanium filters so what did he do? He put together a little baggie with all the diff kinds of filters they have!! Wow, I did not expect that at all! Thanks Josh!
