We reached out to this company who was supposed to check into one product that they weren't sure about and quote on the other products. After this interaction with the sales person Ethan - he didn't return a call or email? In fact I sent several emails and called several times. What a strange way to do business and obviously not a reliable company to deal with at all

I don’t want to single anyone out because I know in order for this company to operate it needs a large staff but I just want to touch on the one person that keeps me coming back for my business & that person is Sergey Zametalin ; Absolutely the best customer service in regards of phone & email contacting aswell as just generally helping out anyway possible. 100% would recommend if I could give 10 stars I would , definitely earned it and I’m sure to be a returning customer for as long as they are in business.
