After initially assessing our house and giving us advice on small fixes/changes to make to help get us the best value for our house, she followed up by providing references for professionals to help us. When we had to cut our renovations short due to budget and time constraints (on our end and through no fault of Vantia's), she immediately pivoted and switched strategies on the next best way for us to get the price. To our great surprise, we ended up selling for MORE than asking within the first week of posting the house. Vanita is honestly so good at what she does, and we could not recommend her enough!
