Their staff are friendly, responsive, and treat you with respect, even if you don't understand exactly what the problem is! They take time to walk through the work with you, and are extremely responsive when you have questions or need work scheduled. They do excellent work, and are reasonably priced compared to other companies. Not that I would ever want to go through the stress of having plumbing emergencies, but whenever we do again, we will be glad to have them back to help!!

So courteous about the noise and mess, even asked if I had a mop(the house is under renos so I didn't care about them cleaning.) There was an issue with my new sink (my purchase and a product issue) the guys were great trying to troubleshoot, even talked to the manufacturer to explain the issue. I'd recommend Vandermeulen to all my friends and family and will be calling again to finish up a few more reno projects.

Fast, good work, always on time, virtuous and left the house clean after their work was complete. We will highly recommend them to family and friends. Prices were very reasonable. Any upcoming plumbing projects we may have will be with these guys! Fantastic work guys!!
