M	Matt Keast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very impressed with the friendly, speedy service. Cody showed some great problem solving in repairing broken vintage plumbing and making it mesh with modern parts. Left the workspace nice and clean in the end too!
a	amanda lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The plumber did not show up on time which was ok at first as people can get busy on other jobs. First thing out of plumber was how overworked and tired he was. Both plumbers did not have material needed for job so I had to run to local hardware store and purchase pump and sink. While I was gone one plumber chatted with my family member while the other sat in truck smoking talking with his boss about coming back another day. The plumber did not start working until 310 pm and finished at 440pm my bill showed no breakdown of labor hours or materials individual costs. My labor totalled 471 dollars for an hour and a half. Not to mention they left my old cement sink and pipes in my backyard on my septic tank!! The plumber had a bad attitude and when I questioned why my bill was so high he responded with we are expensive. My bill was 700 dollars for 1 hr and a half work!!! I waited one and a half business days to have Bruce himself tell me I was charged for the driving and three hours work. Bruce got upset when I questioned my bill and hung up on me. I would not recommend this company even their employees say they are expensive.

He arrived shortly after, identified our issue right away and had it repaired in no time flat. He was very courteous and couldn't have been more helpful. What a great experience!

Even though their engineers were all out on that day, they sent David over in just a couple of hours, who is expected to be off on that day. The drainer was fixed quickly and David also provided advice for maintenance. The temperature change in the past two months causes crack on pipe and hence leakage. When Bruce learned this, David came over in just half an hour and replaced it. He also made a new connector in the pipe which provides a convenient access to the drainer for the future. David's reaction to customer's needs made the best Christmas gift. We felt being in such a good care that warmed up the house in the cozy winter. Thank you David, Thank you, Bruce. Merry Christmas!
