Being new to PTBO, he was our first point person for plumbing, and we really appreciated that he knew all of the equipment after servicing it with the previous owner. I'd definately use him again.

L	Lynn W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robin from Hanwell Plumbing was the only plumber to return my call at 1 am on a long weekend. I called 4 other plumbers, all of them advertised 24/7 service. I didn't even receive a call back from the other 4 saying they were too busy, or it would be awhile before they could get to us. Nothing. Very disappointed. Robin was great to talk to and he helped us with our flooding problem. I know who will get our business if I ever need a plumber again. To the plumbers in Peterborough who advertise 24/7 service, but don't answer their phone or call back EVER, shame on all of you. This city deserves better.
