★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TCM is a fly by night outfit who will promise you the world and have no means to fulfill that promise. They steal employees from there sub contractors and have a very longstanding record of not paying any of there subs ever! They are hands down the single worst contractor to ever step into the north of Ontario stay far away from these guys!
