★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have terrible people they hire to do the building. Drunks and drug heads who have no respect for the neighborhoods they live in or their neighbors. I will never buy a home from them and will warn as many away from them as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how they won builder of the year. Bought in Jacksons Creek, 170 Chandler Cres., March 2015. Still waiting for touch up paint. lol Not to mention drywall, flooring, doors, trim and other issues. Charlie eventually shows up to see the problems, about 5 times now, since last March. No one ever does any work though. Filed one year warranty see if that gets us anywhere. Maybe they build a good house but don't move in or sign sale until work is done. This work is from the pre inspection!!! So since I first wrote this review they have came and fixed drywall and plugs in the tub. Can't have a bath cause they didn't check to see if the plugs work or not. They don't!!!! Hilarious. Still a huge list to do but they haven't been back and Charlie hasn't called . March 28/16
