★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We use this service regularly 3-4 x/year but we were really disappointed on our last trip home. The website says that the service will pick you up every hour on the half hour . We landed at 6:18 and weren’t picked up until 8:05pm. Then the driver dropped all of the other passengers off at home and we were last. The girl at the counter at Toronto Airport wasn’t very helpful when we inquired about the delay. Disappointing after we paid $330 in total for transportation and the worst part of our vacation was the last leg home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented bus shuttling service for my wedding, and paid up front. Staff was friendly and booking was easy as can be. However day of, one bus never showed up which lead to me being late for my own wedding. Other on the spot arrangements were made to try to accommodate us. Bus drivers that day helped with redoing the logistics, which helped however damage was already done. Century said that a refund was in order for the missing bus. However I have yet to receive said refund (over a month ago) after phone calls which said they would contact me back (which they never did). Other than the friendly staff I'm very hesitant to recommend their services (their only redeeming star).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife called Wednesday afternoon to book transportation from Pearson to Peterborough for Friday night, after 10 minutes on hold she finally hung up. Today at approx 7am she tried once again, after 10 minutes she hung up. My wife flys for a major airline and often requires transportation to and from Pearson.
I received a call from her asking that I get involved and get transportation departure time didn’t allow her to stay on hold any longer. I called Century and expecting to get prompt and courteous service and after 15 minutes received exactly the opposite. I have never encountered such a rude arrogant individual in my life. He went out of his way to be make a relatively simple task extremely difficult to the point where a finally hung up the phone. His tone and argumentative posture was unbelievable. Thankfully Century’s competition places greater emphasis on customer service and i was able to book the transportation. I would NOT recommend Century and I’m sure my wife will be sharing this experience with many of her colleagues.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to give less than one star which would be a more accurate evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left Pearson International around 7:45pm last night on a shuttle to Peterborough. Although the driver was very friendly and helpful, I was disappointed by the following:
1. The shuttle I had scheduled left without me and I did not receive a text from the driver to inquire about my location or notify me that the shuttle had to leave. I ran through the airport with my luggage because I thought my shuttle was waiting. If I 'd received a text, I could gone directly to a restaurant to kill the additional hours I had to wait for the next shuttle to arrive.
My co-workers who booked with another shuttle company received a text message from their driver who ended up waiting for them since they were only two minutes away from the pickup location.
2. Despite an increase in pricing, a girl from Lakefield College paid an additional $30.00 to the driver to take the 407. When you factor in the impact of fuel consumption in stop and go traffic on the 401 (especially during rush hour) and the additional distance and time added to the drive when shuttles are going north but have to take the 401, it doesn't seem to make a lot of sense.
3. The shuttle did not have snow tires and the shuttle got stuck because the first person who was dropped-off lived on a street with a slight incline. The driver quickly got out and through sand on the street but the shuttle was not able to get back up the hill. Not only did this add time to my commute after a very long day of travel, it also made me question my safety as the roads were slippery last night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Driver Darryl was very professional, polite,kind and helpful. I would use this service again.
We gave them our flight number for our return and they had a van ready for us despite our flights running late and having baggage issues at the airport.

I scheduled to be picked up from Toronto Pearson Airport at 1:00 AM. The driver did not show up on time and when I called to clarify when I would be picked up Century notified me that the driver was only just leaving Peterborough at 1:30 AM and would not arrive until 3:00 AM.
My scheduled 1:00 AM pick up time turned into 3:30 AM. Century should notify customers ahead of time when they are aware the driver will be over 2 hours late.
Horrible customer service and not a reliable company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever! Still waiting for my ride home its been over an hour and 45 minutes since my plane landed. 7 hour flight.
Apparently more people booked I didnt pay almost $150 bucks to wait for other people!
I paid for a courier service to take me home right after my plane landed - DONT USE THEM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using Century for 4 or 5 years every Christmas and they have been really good. One year I forgot my backpack with all ID and they put in on a later shuttle and had me paged at the Toronto airport to return it. Life saver that day...
Can't say I appreciated a 50 percent increase in fares though. It WAS 100 dollars prior to covid. Then 250.00 for a private shuttle for safety reasons bit they picked you up from or to your home depending on direction of your trip. The rides then went back to more than one passenger at a time but the price went up to 148.00. Almost 50 percent increase in just over a year. I also wish they had prices for disabled people who have no choice but to live on a very small disability pension
