★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the Pennington's Peterborough store today hoping to find an item for a Christmas gift. I entered the store and there were three employes on the floor at the time. One was on cash and the other two were chatting amongst themselves. They clearly saw me as I was right in front of them. No one asked me if I needed help in finding anything. They just totally ignored me. I finally had to go over to one of them and ask if they had the item I was looking for, and she just bluntly said "no.". Horrible customer service!! Will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was the only person in the store - there were three of them - and I still did not get any service. I was trying on shoes, which they don't have on the floor. I had to go to the cash to get the first size. It didn't work. I sat for 3 or so mins trying to catch their attention to get a new size and nobody looked over. If you don't want my business, that's fine. I'll go elsewhere. If it was busy I would understand.
I drove here from Lindsay specifically for Penningtons and it was a waste of my time. What a disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The costumers service in this store is incredible. Every single staff member was kind and helpful. I haven't experienced a store setting like this in years and it was amazing.
Selection was way better then other Pennington's I've been in, highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RIDICULOUSLY expensive. Ugly. Unfashionable to the MAX. I'm SO disappointed I asked for all my Christmas gift certificates to be for Penningtons. Always expensive, but at least I could justify the price for the cuteness of the clothes. Seriously, these styles are made for 80+ year Olds to enjoyin the long term care home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 5 stars if the quality and price points were a little more appropriate. Staff are very kind, store is lovely and always clean. The clothes are nice but the price is too high for the quality of the garments. Also, Additionelle items should be inclusive of the sizes you offer at Penningtons. It's not fair to exclude the people who already are excluded from every other store chain. Please rectify these issues because I do love Penningtons. ❤️
