★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible service and there dispatchers have no regard for you or your situation. After waiting an extremely ridiculously long time there response will be, well we've had some unexpected calls and well your still on the list might be another 3 - 4 hrs after already waiting 3 hours. The dispatcher Julie is a real peach. Drivers are pretty good though, there only doing there job. If you want a good company is Sudbury just Call Bob's Service Center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called at 2pm, was told "they were on their way". Called again at 2:30pm to see how long they would be and they said "they should be there shortly". Called at 2:45pm to say I had to leave for work and wanted to leave the keys, their concern was how do I pay then(fine). So i asked, okay, well how long exactly will they be, are they almost here? Found out they still had not left the shop yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke down in a turning lane on Paris Street and the dispatcher had a truck to me in 15 minutes. Had one concern afterwards, I called and they resolved it immediately. The driver was also very pleasant. Concerns due occur in all businesses but they addressed it with great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a 11' x 13' shed moved from Estaire to Azilda. I was a bit nervous at 1st but after seeing how professional and knowledgable the driver was, I was relieved. Once he reached it's final destination, he made sure he placed it precisely where we wanted it. I wouldn't hesitate for a second or call anyone else to doit again.
