I found Dr Michelle to be a very kind and gentle doctor, who gives the information regarding my condition very clearly and compassionately. She was realistic about my options and extremely straightforward with the cost, healing times and the risk to me. Even my own dentist blew things way out of proportion. I am grateful to Dr Lee for her help and for her treatment. I can smile again. Truly.

Staff are friendly and Dr Han was helpful and straightforward in discussing treatment options with me. But this office is terrible when it comes to communication. I was disappointed, then angry, that they insist on sending you your results via mail instead of email. It took them two tries to send my report to my address, which I had verified over the phone with them twice. After it did not show up the second time, they stopped trying. Then when I called them, no answer and no call back. This is not acceptable customer service. In summary. This business needs to get with the program and start communicating via email. It's a basic technology at this point and it's not unreasonable to ask that a simple 2 paragraph report be sent that way. I will not recommend this business to anyone living in the 21st century. You will get your results faster and have a better experience at another office with an email address.

In September I booked an appointment for the following February, only to be told less than a week before my appointment that they had decided to refuse me as a customer. The fact that I had been denied service is not what I am upset with, as they had good reason. Cancelling my appointment and telling me they will not accept future appointments is one thing, but to string me along for 5 months then cancel last minute is unacceptable, unprofessional and quite frankly I expect more from a medical office. I should have been informed that my business was not welcome as soon as possible so I could make other arrangements to deal with my medical issue, instead I have been waiting 5 months for an appointment that isn't going to happen, and will probably have to wait another 5-6 months to get an appointment at another periodontal clinic, during which time my oral health issues will continue to go untreated. To be treated like this by a medical professional is shocking.

The staff are very friendly as well. Only thing I do wish is that they become more techy, but I totally get it - not all patients are tech savvy (like my mother!)
