The overall dealership was spacious and they even allowed me to bring my medium-sized dog into the shop while we went through the deal/paperwork What I was expecting to be a stressful experience, was absolutely wonderful. I felt like I was being taken care of and that they were there to help me get the best price, add-ons, and financing option. I would highly recommend the team, but specifically Brittany and James who took such great care of me. I look forward to working with them again when I switch over to a hybrid electric car in the future :).

After test driving 18 different vehicles at a variety of manufacturers, the RVR just 'felt right' and the team gave me a good and fair value for my trade-in. Viren was an exceptional salesperson who really listened to what was important to me, and the whole team at the dealership was fun & friendly. I never felt like 'a number' - and appreciated the personal touch at every step of the purchasing process. While many might consider a vehicle as a means of transportation, I think of it as part of my life and making memories - whether that be commuting daily or taking an epic road trip. I'm confident that my new RVR will serve me well over the next decade, and can't thank the team at Vancouver Mitsubishi enough!

They gave me a decent price on my trade and I was able to negotiate a good price on the vehicle as well. But what impressed me the most was Lance from their Service department. He was on top of it all in fixing the deficiencies I had identified and that needed fixing. It also didnt take him long to order and get the parts. He even pointed out that the left rear tail lamp needed to be replaced and he willingly set up another appointment to fix it. He also gives you a courtesy call the day before appointments which I thought was very professional. Thankful that I had a wonderful and worry free car buying experience with these guys and by far the best experience I had.
