★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, my experience with this company was not a good one.....I had arranged to have an estimate for my house, waited 3 weeks, and then, no one showed up for the appointment. When I called to ask what happened no one could tell me what happened. I was told that someone would call me back- a week later...not a word. I emailed them back asking if they would come and give me an estimate...they gave me a time almost a month away. NOT impressed at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a great job installing my windows. The guy that comes in to give you the estimate gives you plenty of options pending your budget. Ask for Gordon he was great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My home is equipped with their Windows and the installation looks immaticulate. The owner even took the time to call me personally for a quote for some other product I wish to install in the near future. Good communication and great installers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All windows installed fogged up after 8 years. The windows were installed for the first owner of the house and as I am the second owner I was not covered under warranty. I would not recommend going with this company if you want windows that last.

Their employees are respectful, courteous, professional and extremely well trained. This company stands behind their warranty and provides the utmost care about the products that they sell. The owner of the company is also a very good person, sincere and only has one word. In his view, his customers are his ultimate focus. I recommend this company to all.
