★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful, book an appointment for my second dose for 2:25pm today and I’m still waiting and it’s 2:56pm I’ve got a kid to pick up from school and a baby in the car. Thanks for nothing as usual, I should’ve went to rexall at least they can keep an appointment on time ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame shame shame.....The store use to be where I felt safe to shop during the pandemic but not anymore. As we are under the second wave the store decided to stop sanitizing the carts and self checkout in between users. I am totally disgusted by the total lack of commitment to the customers safety. You would think that being part of the health care system they would be better but I think that the greed of the Weston family is taking over. We will be switching to the better managed pharmacy. We are even looking at giving up our points to charity. Shame on the management that took the decision.

Went in today looking for a cosmetic product. There were no other staff members on the floor except the cashier. I walked up and asked her to have someone help me in cosmetics. The Cash Supervisor came over and I described what I was looking for. She didn't say a word to me and started looking through the stock drawers under the display. After 2 drawers she said she didn't think they had it. I asked if there was any way to check in the computer if it was maybe in a different spot. She said she couldn't look anything up, I asked her if she could check another store, she said she couldn't. I asked if she could check if they still carried the product and when it would be restocked, she said she couldn't. At this point I asked her instead of telling me what she can't do, what not tell me what she can do. She started yelling at me that she doesn't work cosmetics and the person who does is on lunch, that she was "done" and told me to leave. I have a family who is a cosmetic manager at shoppers and I know for a fact this product is available at shoppers and that the cosmetic department is ranked by sales. This type of behaviour is digusting from someone who is an apparent "supervisor". I told her to adjust her attitude before I walked out of the store. It looks like from the recent reviews this isnt the first time customers have been abused by staff at this location. The owner should be ashamed to have staff behave like this towards customers on a regular basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a Covid vaccine appt Saturday evening, arrived 10 min early, registered and then was told to sit down and wait to be called. I waited 40 min without anyone calling me for my shot, ignoring me. I had to be somewhere and staff were busy with other patients so I left and I guess I won't be able to get a vaccine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of people in Pembroke really don't know how good they have it. This Shoppers is by far better than any of the ones I have been to in Toronto it is like night and day. Pharmacy service is always fast, I am blown away by their speed and thoroughness. Shoutout to Eric in particular who is always very thorough and cares about his clients. As someone with stage 4 cancer and ALOT of medications, a pharmacy like this really helps a lot. I've never had a bad experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to compliment Tammy at the pharmacy at the Shoppers Drug Mart in Pembroke. I've had multiple issues with this particular pharmacy not faxing, ordering or following through with what they've said in the past. Tammy went above and beyond to make sure my prescription was filled accurately and took whatever steps necessary to make that happen. She even called me back to let me know what was happening. I appreciate her and she should be recognized for her amazing work. This type of customer service is always important. It is appreciated even more when someone is dealing with health issues and the frustrations that come with it. Thank you kindly Tammy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice large new location. Very clean and organized. Easy way to shop go in grab your goods and use the self check out you can be out of there in no time. Nice size parking lot out front & conveniently located next door to Mcdonalds!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go here if you want to be followed around and feel profiled as a thief. I felt so unwelcome. Not the first time either. I deliberately went to other sections of the store and sure enough the girl followed me and pointed me out to other workers. This is how I'm thanked for spending money in this store? Highly unlikely I will again and I will be advising everyone I know to shop elsewhere, where your business is appreciated.
