★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure if the older gentleman serving us tonight was the owner or an employee. I am still in shock by the way you talked to my daughter and I this evening. Were you upset because its was 5:50 PM when we walked in the store and you were closing at 6:00 PM?
We were in your store for 1 specific item. It was a "in and out sale".... Not sure if you realized but even after checking if you were going to receive the item in your next expected delivery and then reserving that said item for us, we were out of your store before 6:00 PM. If you were the owner dont take it out on your customer if you are having a bad day. If you were an employee I hope the employer sees my post and that you get fired. Word of advice....never ever 'whatever" a customer. You don't need to like your customers but you can learn to tolerate them. Bad attitude and lack of respect will not help bringing them back in your store for futur purchase. I use to recommend your store to everyone who was looking for work clothes, work boots or everyday footwear for kids and lady's you bring in. You were my go to place for so much good winter outwear in the last 5 years. I am sorry to say today was the last day I cross your front door. You can take our name and number out of your book. I will find what I am looking for elsewhere. I will definitely not recommend your store anymore and will warn people of the poor shopping experience. Word of mouth is the best publicity. But it needs to come from satisfied customers. In my case....my word is save yourself from a bad experience. Check TSC, Marks or make the trip somewhere else in Renfrew county.
