Purchased a product for the acroconrdons, the box was faulty and some items were missing. The supervisor did not want to reimburse me for it !!!

Excellent service, the only reason I do not give 5 stars is that they are closed on Sundays. I understand very well the business decision, by cons being the only pharmacy near us when needed I must go a long way ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suite à une chirurgie à l'été 2020 ou j'ai eu besoin de médication lors du congé, je n'ai jamais compris pourquoi la pharmacie voulait me forcer à ouvrir la porte au livreur alors qu'une pandémie sévissait et que j'attendais un résultat de test covid plutôt que d'assurer une livraison sans contact et sécuritaire pour tous. Heureusement j'ai pu trouvé une autre pharmacie qui a laissé la commande dans la boîte aux lettres afin d'éviter la propagation du virus.
Following surgery in the summer of 2020 or I needed medication during my discharge, I never understood why the pharmacy wanted to force me to open the door to the delivery person when a pandemic was raging and I was waiting a covid test result rather than ensuring contactless and safe delivery for all. Fortunately I was able to find another pharmacy which left the order in the mailbox to prevent the spread of the virus.
