J'avais une tête en questionnement et un pharmacien a tout arrêté son travail pour venir me voir ... ont a dû discuter 10 min ... je ne prenais même pas le bon médicament pour moi, il m'a expliquer pleins de choses, j'ai grandie !!! GROS MERCI Mr Meng Sean Chao, et j'ai su qu'il était le propriétaire... Merci pour votre attention !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai demandé poliment un conseil à la pharmacienne : elle m'a crié après et m'a traité avec mépris. Jamais plus, je n'irai dans cette pharmacie. Je comprends qu'il y a un manque criant de personnels, mais vous n'êtes pas obligé d'engager n'importe qui sans humanité, sans bienveillance et sans compassion. Lorsque je travaillerai un peu moins, je porterai plainte en déontologie de votre ordre professionnel.
I politely asked the pharmacist for advice: she yelled at me and treated me with contempt. I will never go to this pharmacy again. I understand that there is a crying lack of personnel, but you do not have to hire just anyone without humanity, benevolence and compassion. Aujourd'hui je commande a 11h00 par Internet pour 13h30 et à 13h45 elle n'est pas prête et en plus il manque 1 item, pour mes faire dire qu'ils sont en rupture de stock. Je me plein du service a la gérante mais encore la on sert des excuses. Quand j'ai mentionné que je songerais à changé de pharmacie elle rétorque que je suis libre d'aller ailleur .. Wow vraiment pas fort de la gérante du magasin de dire une tel chose à un client. Être le propriétaire j'aurais une bonne discussion avec elle.

Today I order at 11:00 am by Internet for 1:30 pm and at 1:45 pm it is not ready and in addition 1 item is missing, to tell me that they are out of stock. I am full of service to the manager but again we serve excuses. When I mentioned that I would consider changing pharmacy she retorts that I am free to go elsewhere. Wow really not strong of the manager of the store to say such a thing to a customer. Being the owner I would have a good chat with her.
