★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our dogs Sophie & Oliver to Pembroke Animal Hospital for their first appointment in the area. The vet was so very kind and took the time to discuss the visit over the phone. She was friendly, clear, and concise. They were helpful in sending out an estimate on paper for future visits required. All the techs were super friendly and kind as well. Thank you so much for making our first experience so wonderful. We'll be back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little pricey, and prices were not discussed prior to, nor are they thoroughly explained. They provided care for my English bulldog, but unfortunately you can tell they are there for profit first not care first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sooo upset and confused with Pembroke Animal Hospital right now!! Our dog Emery has been a client of theirs since his first appt in December 2021 for his first set of needles with his Orginal owner and then I made his second appointment in January 2022 for his second needles and also explained over the phone that I would be taking over for his new appointments which the Animal hospital was fine with. I brought him to his January appt and gave them all the new contact info which they took and gave me another appointment for Dec 2022 for his annual needles appointment, everything was good. Fast forward to today when I bring Emery there to show them that he tore off one of his Dew claws and look for direction and they tell me that he is no longer a client with them because he "changed owners". I explained that they were made aware of that back in December when the previous owner brought him for his first appointment and then I also told them in January when I booked the second appointment and gave the contact info at his appointment on Jan 24th. But now they told me that they had canceled his Dec 2022 appointment and he is no longer a client, because they were not accepting "New Clients"! I am flabbergasted that they were seeing him as client since December and now suddenly don't have room for him....he's NOT A NEW client he has been there twice and scheduled for his third visit and they took $450 for his first 2 sets of needles, but now say he's a "NEW CLIENT" and won't be seen!! I'm blown away!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Pembroke animal Hospital, they always treat us so well and our two German Shepherds. Never had an issue with them and we even call the odd time to ask questions and they help us out. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again PAH and their staff go above and beyond for us. They managed to save our Leroy in early 2020 and this morning they treated his brother, Tank for urinary crystals. Tank was in agony early this morning and I left a voicemail hoping they would be able to see us at some point in the day. An hour before open they had already returned my call asking for me to bring him in immediately, before it got too bad. We are incredibly grateful that the vets and their team always send us home feeling grateful for their care and that we get more time with our babies.

We are new to the area and wondered if we'd find a great new animal hospital for our pets and we got lucky with our 1st call.
Their rates are reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge thank you to all the staff at Pembroke Animal Hospital for making the passing of my dog Winston a little bit easier for my family and I. Your compassion and gentleness made him and I comfortable right to the end. The clay paw print you guys made helped my 8yo daughter with her grief. Thank you so much for everything ❤️
