M	Michal Babis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to stay here as great location with walking distance to restaurants, pool was perfect especially for kids, however has been broken for very long amount of time with no fix in sight so have not stayed here for a long time as a result.

R	Robert Hawkins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For some reason Hotels.com won't post my review so I will share my thoughts here. 1) Despite the Hotels.com listing focusing on the hotel having a pool available as a big selling point of booking there. It did not have one available, in fact it had not been available for months with no projected date of it being operational again. (We had booked this hotel specifically wanting access to a pool) 2) It needs a good cleaning and freshening up. There were large cobwebs in the corridors, our TV had something smudged all over it, and it looked like someone attacked the lamp in our room with a fork as there were holes in it. 3) The staff member that was on duty when we checked in was not the best representation of the hotels level of customer service and seemed annoyed that we were disrupting whatever she was doing in the office on the computer. Her response to the pool issue was you can book a room somewhere else, but you won't be getting a refund.
T	Trevor Goble on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price point was excellent for the quality of hotel, rooms were clean and fresh and the staff made sure all was comfortable. What keeps them from getting 5 stars was the quality of the morninig breakfast and the pool being closed. Other than that great service.
S	Shannon Heimann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room smelled heavily of perfume, there were peanuts on the floor by the bed, long black hair on the bed sheets & in the bathroom sink, hole in wall drywalled over by the door, floor sinking as I walked. Complimentary breakfast was supposed to be 6am-9am, but I went down at 8:30am & there was only a few boxes of Corn Pops left. Would not stay here again.

Negative: There were some questionable splatters on the bathroom wall. This hotel allows dogs and there was a lot of excrement in the grass in the back of the hotel. Though pet owners should clean up I also think hotel should make sure this has been done as well.
