I have been in touch with them for the last couple of weeks now and the lady has been super helpful. They don't have anything that would accommodate my needs but the only company that has kept in touch and on top of things. Very professional, know what they are talking about and will also do their best to help.

Terrible service even when Covid 19 wasn't a thing. Understaffed or the staff just doesn't care. They message you back 1 minute before closing so that when you call back, you just get voicemail. Then they don't respond till next day, 1 minute to close, again. They represent terrible home owners that fight you on any repair needed, no matter how essential. They will have no problem renting you a place saying that the hot water turns off "periodically" which in fact it turns off 3 times EVERY SHOWER! Took them 3 weeks to even send someone out, and when the technician got there, he said we were in danger of the water tank EXPLODING! He cut the power cord so we couldn't plug back in while he fixed the issue. Found a mouse inside the furnace which I imagine also hadn't been serviced since the house had been built 8ish years ago. All filters looked like they had never been changed in the entirety of their life, funace, vacuum, instant water from the fridge, etc. The kitchen and walls were in a state of disgust even though Jennifer had said she used her "personal" house cleaner that she uses for all houses she shows. There was grease from the counter to the ceiling and it looked like someone had wiped the walls with a dirty rag quickly, leaving swirl marks throughout the house. Renting was scarce at the time and Jennifer seemed professional, so we signed the lease. Worst mistake I made. Valley realty will not disclose key information and play down any current problems just to sign the lease. Then they will leave you out to dry, doing not even the bear minimum unless you threaten to take to court. Our dishwasher was also out of commission for weeks because they refused to send a plumber to fix the garburator, causing the dishwasher to back up and leak. They only came when we sent pictures of the water getting behind walls and causing the paint to seperate from the wall itself. I doubt they've disclosed any of this to the new renters. To top off a year of headaches and inadequate living, they are trying to keep our full damage deposit in order to repaint the two bedrooms which already needed new paint and damaged walls fixed. We had fixed all the holes in the wall ourselves (from previous owners) as well as repainted a few weeks in to living there. Quarterly inspection after quarterly inspection, nothing was said. Jeniffer is now saying it will cost $1000 to repaint the two room's since the owner doesn't like the color. This is the same owner that put wall paper over fist sized holes and neglected to inform anyone until we noticed after living there a few weeks. We had also left the house in superb condition compared to when we first moved in. This was meant to be just a short review but I'm reminded of all the BS this place has put us through constantly. My apologies for the rant but I hope it helps to inform future people looking to use this disgrace of a business. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We were looking at a house to rent and in response to a simple question I recieved absolute verbal abuse from someone specific at the office. JEN has not responded to the phone request to review the abusive behavior in our situation and we have now noticed the same house is being rented out by the owner now, without the rental company caring to inform us before we noticed the new listing.
