★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a property. Inquired about one listed on November 18. They informed me that viewing for this property was not till Nov 25th at 1pm. I work in Flood Restoration and as you can imagine given the circumstance we are in, I am super busy with work. I explain this but reception would not even entertain the idea of a viewing at a more convenient time, then the alloted weekday slot. I arranged to have that time away from work, against all convenience and now 2 hrs before appointment..they cancel and say it's been rented. How odd? Since I was not granted any earlier viewing. Garbage business practice. Totally rude and inconsiderate company. Dodged a bullet though I think!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed! Went to a viewing for a rental unit the other day. A bunch of us had an appointment for the same time at 11:45am the person showing the home was 20 mins late. The person didn’t even apologize for being late just awkwardly opened the door and told us to go in how ever we wanted. I would expect this from someone that owned the home but not from a company. I have been to many showings before and this was definitely one of the worst experiences I have had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had issues with our lease as they rented the basement to a part time family of 5 and we still pay 70% of the utilities. When we moved in there was a retired couple that lived down stairs and so a 70% 30% split made since. Now there is more people down stairs than upstairs and we are still paying 70% of everything.
As we have only worked with one rental company that was a place we would recommend. We feel that a company should still be looking out for its tenants when terms or situation change not an "oh well you signed a lease. Not our problem the people down stairs aren't claiming all the occupants" or the best one "prove it". Even though we have email communication that they company knows there is five people down stairs atleast 3-4 days a week they are not following through with any adjustments.
We have had other problems with our unit and for the most part as soon as the owner themselves have found out about them they have fixed or made an effort to fix it right away so we know it isn't the homeowners that are lacking here.
We have also had problems with our stove sent information 4 months nothing was done. Then we had a walk through were it was brought up again and nothing was done. However, I feel like if we went to the landlords directly this wouldn't be an issue.
Update: was resolved after 5 months

Both times a resolution was brought to us in a matter of hours. They are quick to communicate with us about strata and community updates, and are quick to answer emails. I’ve mainly communicated with Lyna and she is always kind, friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! Quick, comprehensive and professional. I would highly recommend using Ace to rent your next property. We had very specific needs for a rental property in Abbotsford and stumbled upon Ace and their exceptional staff. Despite our high demands, Ace and their staff (especially Suzy!) managed to exceed our expectations.
A very solid 5 star experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a viewing last week, get a call THE DAY OF the viewing to cancel because their tenants hadn't responded to their email. All they need to do is give 24 hours written notice. Complete time wasters, no desire to re-rent the property out. Do NOT recommend if you're looking to rent a place.
EDIT TO RESPOND: Then why book a viewing without asking them first?! Why waste my time, force me to rearrange my whole schedule, to plan an entire day around this, then cancel at the last minute? Incredibly unprofessional, though I could see that by the other reviews. Your excuses are hollow and fake.

It is a very difficult rental market that we entered after living in our previous home for many years. We contacted Ace and met Jason. We looked and looked for homes and Ace made it easy. I can’t say enough about Jason and Toby as they made it easy. From a convenient application process, great communication and stellar support through the process of us finding a home. They not only found us a home within our budget but it is a more beautiful home than we could have ever imagined. Thanks Ace, Toby and Jason for helping to relieve the stress of housing in this difficult market.
