Preys on emotionally crippled and desperate people and charges them outrageous commissions on the entire sale while pretending to be their friend. 12% and 8% is WAY ABOVE market and he hopes the sellers never realize until it's too late. You deserve to lose your license and should never be even allowed to sell shoes!
