After a few emails back and forth describing what we were looking for in a condo, in one afternoon/evening, were were shown the perfect place. We made an offer that evening and it was accepted. All of the advice we received was bang on and we’re super happy to be moving into our new place soon. UPDATE FOR 2022: We sold again with Carolyn and it went flawlessly. She doesn't add pressure and is the only agent that stands for negotiation practices for you. She works tirelessly at all hours and takes into consideration all the facets to determine a fair market value, purchase price and sale price. She is definitely on Your Side! I am sad to not have been able to give her a purchase sale due to my circumstance with the currently flooding in BC's worst historic and catastrophic atmospheric river storms and having to redirect my interest across the waters on the Island. Carolyn is professional and soulful and real. You are in great hands, and after 1.5 years of looking steadily and racing against and with the wild horses through multiple offers and over asking price and the catastrophic fires in the Okanagan this past summer and having worked with several agents along the way...None of them even closely matched her.
