M	Michel Lecuyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend hired them to move her to Ottawa from Perth, the fellas where all nice and polite but and this is a big but two big issues. Their 5 ton left oil spots all over my laneway tried all kinds of cleaner nothing reader worked we called and no response no nothing. The 2nd much bigger problem when we would sleep on her bed it would squeak real bad so we decided to take it apart hoping something was loose but no such luck the box spring was damaged beyond repair and guess what they never returned our calls. They say fully insured and they don't even return called for damage. Not impressed would never recommend.

They were very professional and courteous, very caring and respectful about our belongings and went above and beyond by covering our furniture with drop sheets without us asking them to do it. They simply saw the need and took the time to do it. My wife and I are so happy about choosing valley moving that we decided to take the time to rate them here, something we rarely do but wanted to make sure people knew about our experience. Well done guys, we’re very thankful for everything you did, Thank you

T	Tanya Lake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude workers, cursing on the job, and the boss makes excuses for their behavior even when he wasn't there. Mother in law used this company and she had numerous items damaged and irreparable. Took 2 -3 guys 9.5 hours to pack a small 1 bedroom apartment and still wasn't fully packed on moving day. Charged more than what was quoted because he under estimated the time required, even though he stated he over estimated. Charged additional fees for "extra" work they had to do on move in, which was moving 2 pieces back upstairs from the basement, which took all of 5 minutes at the most. Every time we asked the guys something or even offered a cold bottle of water, they grumbled or rolled their eyes at us. They used old reused boxes that were falling apart. Not even moving boxes. I would not recommend this company.
