Fast, polite and knowledgeable service. Received assistance in determining products to meet needs (along with appropriate quantities). Also received purchased materials promptly and as requested with delivery service.

Yesterday unit #3 was in a commercial parking lot sanding the parking lot. We were parked alongside the building with other vehicles parked along the other side of the roadway, when the truck driver drove through between the rows of parked cars spitting rocks at the parked cars on the highest setting possible. We then ran towards the back of the building where the driver was headed and tried to wave down the driver to talk to him. He pretended to come towards us to talk and instead of stopping to talk when he got to where my boyfriend was standing, he turned on the the feed on the the hopper while he backed by us, stuck his pointer finger up as if to say one second, then pinned on the gas and proceeded to do a burnout while rocks were dispensed quickly and sharply from the hopper and underneath his tires not only at other vehicles, but now in my boyfriend's face. Upon inspection of our vehicle, which by the way was a loaner vehicle (due to our vehicle being in the shop) that had just had a walk around done at 9:00am before they released the loaner to us, now has paint chips in it as well as my boyfriend's brand new shoes literally look like they were sandblasted and are ruined. We tried to call the company right after and were told there was no manager on site to.call us back, but one would contact us this morning. When no call came, we attempted to contact them for a second time and now no one is answering the phone nor returning the message by boyfriend left. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional... especially the fact that no one has even attempted to contact us to sort out the issue. We now have a bill for the chips in the loaner car that we had to return and will consider legal action if no one calls us. Obviously this company is a joke and does not care about providing quality customer service.

We had the team at Valley Landscape grade, design, plant the trees and shrubs and lay the sod for our first house. They were very professional and on-time. Communication was very clear and they were able to deliver what they promised. They know how to build and keep one's trust.
