★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank will not respond to clients. The branch does not answer its own phones. They are answered by a call center that knows nothing of the individuals. They do not call back when they say they will. I have now been waiting for over two hours for a call back. They change their system often. Give others account numbers out and change individual account numbers so everything is messed up and bills impossible to pay. They have a lot of my money, but not for long!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valley First has been a bad experience for years. Slow service in branch all the time and their computers are always having difficulties when logging in online. Its ok because the slow service continues on its outdated and super slow bank machines through the valley. A bad experience is the experience at Valley First................

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had meeting for my wife and I to become members. The person we met with was really friendly, had great conversations. We got everything signed up and we booked a meeting to talk about applying for a loan and he said he would email us what we would get for the line of credit.
The day after I call and email, no answer.
I email day before our meeting to cancel it. Not hearing any answer back.
On the day, no call or email regarding the meeting.
Want to move to a local bank to be able to have great face to face service. Not worth it.
and now my debit card is not working and I need to go back into the branch to get it fixed.
My wife and I will just stay with VanCity, getting better service, even though the closest branch is in Greater Vancouver.
