Professional service, ultra friendly place, we like to buy from family business in our area. Definitely recommend this place to everyone. Lots of choice for vacuum cleaners and central vacs systems. Found my bags and filters all at the same place. We buy again for sure.

The shipping was quick which is what I would expect with a 10$ fee but honestly I’m quite disappointed because I was sent the incorrect size and I saw online that I will now need to ship it back at my expense and pay a restocking fee. My order confirmation states the correct size needed and the bag I received is all wrong, after trying it on my vacuum the sizes weren’t even close. My experience with their customer support was even more disappointing when I was told that I am the One who made a mistake, despite my photo that the bag is about 2 inches too long for the vacuum. Not at all helpful and just an overall disappointing experience. I try to buy local to help businesses in Montreal but I would suggest you go and buy at a bigger store to avoid these issues. Too add onto this, someone from the store called me in the middle of the workday, accused me of hiding behind a keyboard and threatened legal action against me because I am unhappy with the product I received. Don’t bother with this place, and continued to accuse me of not using the vacuum bags properly when no, in fact they simply do not fit. If a company cannot own up to their mistakes and put effort towards fixing it they should not even bother trying to sell their products. They do not take pride in their store or products. They have even gone so far as to delete their reviews on facebook where the retaliated and accused another customer of the same thing.

I had a GREAT experience with VacuumsOnline.net recently when purchasing a replacement vacuum motor from them. I could not find the required motor locally in Calgary so searched other Canadian retailers online. I was having trouble finding the correct motor and thought that I would have to order from a US vendor, but I then came across the VacuumsOnline.net website and they had the correct motor in stock. Shipping was quick … 5 business days and I am very happy with the replacement motor. A phone discussion and email inquiry with them was very profession and timely. Thank you to Bobby for your excellent customer service. It was great to deal with a Canadian company ... rather than having this part shipped from the US at a higher cost. I highly recommend VacuumsOnline.net ... Merci.

My central vac recently quit. With some online searching, narrowed it down to a failed motor. Googling the part number brought me to vacuums online.net. Found the replacement motor on their website for a good price. Shipping was free and from Eastern Canada to Western Canada was fairly quick. Product was well packaged. Installed and all is working well again. Thanks!

Ordered a filter from the site. They took my money without informing me that the part was on back order. When I started emailing and calling them weeks later for updates, they told me each time that they would receive the part within the next few days. Over a month later, they still didn't have the part, and I cancelled. AVOID this business - they take your money for inventory they don't have in stock, and they expect you to wait indefinitely while lying to you about when it's supposed to arrive. Addendum: This business has now just called my above review "aggressive and misleading" in their reply. Whether they change that reply or not by the time you read it, let me reiterate the simple truth: no indication of the item being unavailable and on back order was ever given to me until I contacted them about the long delay. On subsequent calls I placed, they then gave me several specific time frames for ship date that were not adhered to. They never attempted to communicate any of the delays to me after those dates passed. These are the facts; make of them what you will! I think their accusatory reply speaks volumes about their business :) (P.S. My refund is still unprocessed - I will update the review if I have trouble acquiring it.)

I was saddened a week ago by the passing of my 29 year old central vacuum, so I undertook a search to find a unit that I hope will match its longevity. After identifying brands and models that would be good suiters to replace it, I visited dealers for the brands I had identified. These were vacuum shops, they weren't the Costco, Rona or big box stores. My experience with those shop was deceiving, I dealt with staff that could not answer my questions, gave me conflicting & false information, did not have inventory or able to confirm a delivery schedule. I then started to look online, found VACUUMONLINE.NET, they carried both brands I was interested in and so I fired off a few questions to them via their live chat box. Unbelievable, I had a written email response within 10 minutes. This was not a bla, bla answer, it was precise with all my questions answered. Over a few more days I had 3 other email exchanges in which all of my questions were answered promptly and clearly. You will be amazed by the quality of their WEB site and the pricing is the best. My experience with Vacuumsonline.net was a breath of fresh air. Most of us will easily relate with total opposite experiences but the people I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and showed me a level of integrity that I haven't felt in a long time. Needed to order a part for my older central vac, website looks a bit dated but they were extremely fast to ship the part and it arrived in Ontario quickly. Support also quick to respond to questions. Would recommend!
