★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in my 20 y.o. Cyclo Vac model E103 on a Saturday, courteous, friendly lady at the store explained the free estimate process. She said technician would contact me 2 days later on Monday - he did just that, bright and early and thoroughly explained the needed repair, the cost and details about the work he needed to do. Took time to explain a particular finding to educate me and prevent another eventual repair. New motor, seal, new bags $330 - half the price of a new unit - I appreciated they didn't try to sell me a more expensive new product. Work done in less than 24 hours. Amazing, personal service. I recommend.

Honest and to the point. no pressure selling
