★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had the hydrogen fusion for 6 years, worked great and spent good money for the vacuum. All of a sudden it stopped working so i called customer service and they didn't want to help the least bit. Not happy with customer service.

It’s always nice finding a company that makes good products and even better when they stand behind their products and the process goes so smoothly. I highly recommend their vacuums! It feels nice supporting a Canadian company too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding customer service - although I was only looking for a solution after purchasing a vacuum elsewhere, they suggested an adapter that now fits the old floor brush to the new vacuum stick. For a $5 solution to my problem, they made the greatest impression and brightened my day! Thank you JohnnyVac Staff!

For those who saw my previously negative review, Johnny Vac turned out to be very busy and understaffed due to the pandamic.
Support did get back to me a few days later, provided the replacement part same day at their expense, and had the Floor Scrubber repaired under warranty.
Thank you Johnny Vac for the good service ?
Sebastian is courteous, efficient and really knows his stuff ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using these filters for 3 years now and they are great. With 2 dogs and 2 cats it's amazing how much fir the filter collects. If your filter is only 1 inch thick these are a must have!
