Liwanag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive attended the classes for core strengthening and an overall reminder on how to carry myself--open back, chest high, abs pulled up etc. However in the last month this studio has been amazing in my knee rehab pre surgery. I have a torn ACL, and pretty much busted up my MCL and LCL and have been getting along in crutches and in pain. Their principles in healing and active rehab had got me walking without crutches in 3 weeks even before surgery. Super happy with my progress. Their team is committed to make you move. Definitely continuing this post surgery.

Smaller class sizes and well trained instructors have been key to allowing me to heal from my injuries and to continuously improve my level of fitness. I tried yoga and personally never liked it, so I hesitated to try pilates if it would be like yoga, but it wasn’t like that. Working out with pilates machines is fun and it helps you to use the exact muscles you want to work on. Instructors at this studio are very knowledgeable and well trained. Also, very friendly! My body feels so good after pilates. COVID19 safe place :) their covid protocol is on point.

There is a max of 4 in each class (during non-Covid times) so you get lots of personal attention. And the exercises are modified based on each person's ability and injuries. The classes are fun and every class is different so you're never bored. I would recommend V Pilates to everyone - regardless of fitness level.

One of the main reasons I picked this studio out from the rest was the fact that I was required to take private one on one lessons in order to assess my needs. I am stronger now than I ever have been and it is due to the careful watchful eye of the instructors to make sure I am doing each move correctly. I absolutely love this studio and I have not hesitated to recommend it to anyone who wants to do Pilates in a safe, respectful and fun environment.
