★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a Senior, and wanted an empty guitar box from a local guitar store in Maple Ridge. I thought , I'd get my needs locally. I've dealt with Long & Mcquade in the past, and I will continue to in the future.They gave me a nice empty box with packing materials, at most charge. I picked up a song book for my Granddaughter and should receive her guitar in the week to home. Thank You Long & McQuade for your help and friendly Service, you'll definitely see me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hadn't been to a L&M location in about 10 years, just due to not playing any instruments. I got back into bass guitar during the pandemic and I placed an online order for a guitar stand. My order was ready for pickup within a few hours, and I ended up going in the next day. I stood around for less than a minute before I was helped, and I was out of the store with my guitar stand in less than 5 minutes. Friendly staff, great prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for the first time to rent. Thanks for being so welcoming. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and just very helpful. Rental prices are crazy cheap, too. Shout out to the staff member with the silky smooth long hair and the cool chain pin on his collar: I appreciate all your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great selection of guitars...loads of gear for recording and the staff are respectful...they check in with you, but by no means pushy. I did find the selection of guitar parts & accessories to be skimpy. I was told it's a supply chain issue. So Amazon gets my money again!
