★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mechanic ordered fuel lines for one of my trucks there and got overcharged a lot. I paid the bill but the mechanic has to make up for it in labour, so no loss for me. You better make some calls and get it up to a whopping 70% cheaper.

Dropped it off with these guys and within 24 hrs. Got a call back with the news that there were some major problems .
I was in the middle of a job that needed to be finished .
Within another 24 hrs they had repaired the cylinder well enough for me to finish the job and were actually able to find me a new one.
This is a gray market cylinder so I'm sure it wasn't that easy to find.
These guys went the extra mile at a fair price and very quickly.
Would definitely recommend .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a hydraulic part that was leaking, so we took it here to be repaired. We were quoted up to 600 dollars. Got a call today that it was ready to go and it came to 1400. Pretty angry that we were not contacted that it was going to be so much over quote. It was an unusual part, so it had to be custom made, but we still should have been contacted it was so far over the maximum we were quoted. At the end, my husband asked if we could have just replaced it with a new one, and he was told yes and that it would have cost about 250 for new.
Ridiculous customer service. Find any other place to go so they don't rip you off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to 3 different guys at the shop over the phone yesterday trying to get advice on repairing a seal on one of our lift cylinders at our shop. 3 out of 3 were polite, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and ultimately helpful in getting me exactly the info and service I needed.
None of them tried to shoo me off the phone or bottom-line me before hearing out my situation. None of them defaulted to a boiler-plate response to get me in a work-order queue. High quality customer service.
I worked as an expediter for 5 years up in Yellowknife, from '12-'17, a huge part of my job was building relationships with suppliers and service providers in the mineral exploration industry. If VP had been up there during that time these guys would be getting the lion's share of our hydraulic-related business, no question.
Grateful to have this company in the rolladex.
