★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Didn't even know it existed. Had a sports injury, the nurses were great and the doctor was efficient and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I broke my foot at 3:30pm today. This clinic opened at 4pm. I was xrayed, diagnosed, got a walking cast and a follow up appointment at the hospital fracture clinic, and was back home by 5:30pm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't a quick trip, but they have friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. The time factor isn't in their control, and they do well in what they can control so 5/5 for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I've been there they have been truly amazing. Each time my daughter required xrays and we were in and out within the hour with all tests and results!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor all have an attitude. Waited for 3 hours to get a just take some Tylenol if you are in pain and talk to your family doctor. Don't even bother coming here you are better off just go to a walk in clinic because they won't do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience at Urgent Care Centre yesterday - fast, courteous, and helpful staff from the receptionist to the doctors. Everything was clean and organized, assessment right away, Xray results immediately, aircast, and booked us for an appointment with a fracture specialist. All results are in My Chart, along with doctor's assessment, as they are part of Mackenzie Health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always a very satisfying experience after the visit. The Doctors and nurses are all very caring. Aways meet with a positive attitude with patients.
Once my son had a little chest pain,the staff actively treated him.
I am very pleased to have a very caring center near us.
