J'y retourne c'est certain.
 Really kind, gentle and professional staff, nurse, doctor. They were able to reassure me for my baby and identify the problem.
I'm going back for sure.

Mon urologue suite à mon opération m’a demandé d appeler pour un suivi dans un mois.
A ma grande surprise j ai appelé de 9h00 am a 10h15am ont nous raccroche au nez !!!

I am a new patient in Urology with this clinic.
My urologist following my operation asked me to call for follow-up in a month.
To my surprise, I called from 9:00 am to 10:15 am and we hung up on us !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce fait dire gentiment d'aller voir d'autres médecin qu'ont ne peut pas réglé le problème. Après trois ans tjrs rien de réglé . Fais des recherches par moi même et avec une naturopathe ont a trouver. QQ chose que les médecins devraient connaître . Le sibo une maladie méconnu.......
This is to say nicely to go see other doctors who have not been able to solve the problem. After three years still nothing settled. Do research by myself and with a naturopath have to find. QQ thing doctors should know. The sibo an unknown disease .......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Première rencontre OK. Bon accueil du médecin et aussi de l'infirmière. Il m' envoie passer des tests. Je me sens en confiance que je vais avoir un suivi d'après ce qu'il me dit. Mais ce n'est pas ce qui est arrivé. Ce n'est même pas le médecin qui me donne les résultats mais une infirmière très très pressée, trop occupée et très expéditive et à la limite, assez brusque. Elle me dit que mon dossier est clos et je dois voir quelqu'un d'autre pour la poursuite de l'expertise. Pas très drôle !!!!! Je suis vraiment déçu de ce traitement! Je ne retournerai pas à cette clinique. Je conseille à quiconque de bien vous informer à savoir s'il y aura un suivi ou non!
First meeting OK. Good reception from the doctor and also from the nurse. He sends me to take tests. I feel confident that I will have a follow-up based on what he tells me. But that's not what happened. It is not even the doctor who gives me the results, but a nurse in a very, very hurry, too busy and very expeditious and at the limit, quite abrupt. She tells me that my file is closed and I need to see someone else for further expertise. Not very funny !!!!! I am really disappointed with this treatment! I will not be returning to this clinic. I advise anyone to let you know if there will be a follow-up or not!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suite à une divergence d'opinion, le doc n'avait plus aucune objectivité et a butché mon formulaire d'assurance.
Lorsque je l'ai confronté il m'a répondu que c'était lui le médecin et que le diagnostic écrit sur le formulaire était le bon.
Or, en exigeant les notes de mon dossier, j'ai confirmé que plusieurs éléments cruciales de ma situation manquaient bel et bien au formulaire et auraient complètement changé la donne auprès de l'assureur.
Si tu veux gaspiller 180$, c'est la place idéale. Trouve toi une autre clinique.
Following a difference of opinion, the doc no longer had any objectivity and stumbled over my insurance form.
When I confronted him he replied that he was the doctor and that the diagnosis written on the form was correct.
However, by requiring the notes of my file, I confirmed that several crucial elements of my situation were indeed missing from the form and would have completely changed the situation with the insurer.
If you want to waste $ 180, this is the place to be. Find another clinic.
