★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel super sympathique, par contre s'orienter à l'intérieur est un vrai cauchemar, parmi les rénovations, les salles d'attentes improvisées dans un corridor où personne n'est vraiment certain que c'est la bonne place pour attendre...les matériaux de constructions qui trainent dans les corridors...après avoir attendu pour obtenir le formulaire pour "le laisser passer A38" (référence à Astérix ici) au 1er étage avant de prendre un numéro même si on a un rendez-vous à RDC pour ensuite retourner au 1er étage sans que personne ne sache trop comment et pourquoi...bref personnel aimable mais qui semble démunis dans la situation ! Hyper longue attente même si on avait un rendez-vous à une heure fixe...expérience très ordinaire ! Bonne chance à ceux qui y iront prochainement !
 Super friendly staff, on the other hand finding your way inside is a real nightmare, among the renovations, the improvised waiting rooms in a corridor where no one is really sure that this is the right place to wait ... construction materials lying around in the corridors ... after having waited for the form to "let him pass A38" (reference to Asterix here) on the 1st floor before taking a number even if we have an appointment on the ground floor to then return to the 1st floor without anyone knowing how and why ... in short, friendly staff who seem helpless in the situation! Super long wait even if we had an appointment at a fixed time ... very ordinary experience! Good luck to those who will be going there soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour mon beau-père en transport ambulancier la veille de Noël. Rien à redire, le personnel très courtois, professionnel et compréhensif. Il a rapidement été transféré dans une chambre. A été vu par plusieurs spécialistes, qui ont pris le temps de bien expliquer et rassurer la famille.
For my father-in-law in ambulance transport on Christmas Eve. Nothing to complain about, the staff very courteous, professional and understanding. He was quickly transferred to a room. Was seen by several specialists, who took the time to explain and reassure the family.
