★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonne clinique mais la ligne téléphonique avec son message du déménagement depuis 2 ans, la multitudes d'options et finalement en 8iem position pour le service de secrétariat et après l'attente, on répond et remis en attente après 5 minutes, FRUSTRANT. Par la suite c'est plus de 22 minutes on répond, malheureusement cette fois ci il y a juste une secrétaire.
Mais une fois arrivé à parler à quelqu'un c'est très bien, les secrétaires son cordial et déclamatoires. Si ce n'était pas du service téléphonique ce serait 5/5 mais depuis plus d'un ans que je leurs dis, les secrétaire sont du même avis mais il y a une tête dur qui ne comprends pas au sein de l'administration ' ' on veut parler à quelqu'un ' ' pas avoir de la musique répétitive et plate qui draine nos batterie de mobile en attente et une multitude de messages, un bip suffirait pour être sûr que nous sommes encore en ligne.
5/5 pour le stationnement gratuit, le contraire serait abusif.
 Good clinic but the phone line with its message of the move for 2 years, the multitude of options and finally in 8th position for the secretarial service and after the wait, we answer and put back on hold after 5 minutes, FRUSTRING. Then it's more than 22 minutes we answer, unfortunately this time there is just a secretary.
But once you get to talk to someone it's fine, the secretaries are cordial and declamatory. If it were not for the telephone service it would be 5/5 but for more than a year that I have been telling them, the secretary is of the same opinion but there is a hard head who does not understand within the administration ' 'we want to talk to someone' 'not have repetitive and flat music draining our waiting cell batteries and a multitude of messages, a beep would be enough to be sure that we are still online.
5/5 for free parking, the opposite would be abusive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon médecin de famille est super. Par contre, la ligne téléphonique c'est extrêmement long avant de parler a quelqu'un. On laisse des messages au secrétaire et jamais de retour d'appel par la suite...
My family doctor is great. On the other hand, the telephone line is extremely long before speaking to someone. We leave messages for the secretary and never return a call afterwards ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super médecin et milieu agréable. Par contre service à la clientèle peu efficace. Le système téléphonique/ la gestion des appels est médiocre. Pourquoi on ne répond pas si le personnel à l’accueil ne semble pas occupé? Incompréhensible pour moi qui travail avec une clientèle. Si c’était au privé, ce ne serait pas toléré.
Super doctor and pleasant environment. On the other hand, inefficient customer service. The phone system / call handling is poor. Why don't we answer if the reception staff don't seem busy? Incomprehensible to me who works with clients. If it was private, it would not be tolerated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est grand propre, neuf ou presque!il y a maintenant de la radiographie au 1er et au 2e de la physio+ortheses et médecine sportive ,la clinique médicale est au 3e !Et j'en passe.... C'est super pratique ! parking payant maintenant soyez avisé !
It's great clean, new or almost! There is now radiography on the 1st and 2nd floor of physio+orthotics and sports medicine, the medical clinic is on the 3rd floor! And so on.... It's super practical! paid parking now be advised!

I have been waiting for over 30 minutes to speak with someone, no response! The medical appointment is going very well, super competent nurse, on the other hand the customer service is non-existent…. No response yet...
